Sean is a summa cum laude graduate of Western New England University and founded Sean M. Donovan, CPA in 1989. Prior to that he was a partner in a local CPA firm. Sean has almost 40 years of experience providing a range of tax and accounting services for the firm's clients including preparation of financial statements, individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns, as well as software implementation and training. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the AICPA Tax Division. Outside of work Sean enjoys golf, horse racing, and Uconn sports. His wife Cindy is an accountant and his daughter Kate is a CPA. He resides in Suffield, CT.

Donna has been working with Sean for 32 years (26 at Sean M. Donovan, CPA). She has been personally trained by Sean for all of these years and holds a substantial set of skills to assist in keeping the office running smoothly. Although quiet and a bit reserved, she highly values each relationship with each client and always strives to maintain their confidentiality and trust. When not at work she enjoys knitting, weaving, fiber arts, cycling and spending time with her husband and two small dogs.

Debbie started working for Sean in 2013 as the receptionist. She is responsible for numerous clerical duties in the office. Prior to this position she worked in the Information Technology field for over 25 years. She resides in Enfield with her husband and son. When not at work, she enjoys hiking and their yearly vacation to their timeshare in Aruba.

Piotr joined Sean M. Donovan, CPA in 2014 as a staff accountant. Piotr is fluent in Polish and proficient in Spanish. He holds a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting  from Central Connecticut State University. Piotr plans to pursue his Certified Public Accountant license. He is a member of the American Insutute of Certified Public Accountants, Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Institute of Certified Management Accountants. Aside from work, Piotr enjoys playing tennis and traveling.
